Queen of White Tea is a prized Chinese white tea from Fujian Province, made exclusively from the unopened, fuzzy buds of the Camellia sinensis plant, resulting in a delicate, sweet flavor with floral and nutty notes and a pale, honey-colored infusion. It's known for being the most expensive white tea due to its bud-only harvest and minimal processing, which involves withering and drying.
