If you have not visited Bali, please add it on your the bucket list. The whole island is surrounded by art. As soon as you set out you will spot art all around. These Bali rattan bags are one of the artworks of Balinese artist. These rattan bags or straw bags are carefully hand weaved, soaked in coconut oil to give shininess, smoothness. I myself add custom batik linking to these rattan bags, which takes few hours per bag, perfectly inspect it and ship it.

All of our rattan bags are handmade therefore some of our bags may have slight variations in design, size, color and hardware/fastenings. This is a natural occurrence in handcrafted goods and one of the many reasons we love it! Due to the handcrafted nature, no two designs will be exactly alike giving you a lasting one-of-a-kind product to treasure for years to come.

The material Ata is a reed, making the material strong and durable. The pieces are all " smoked" over coconut husks as part of the drying process, which adds beautiful color and leaves the bag with a slight natural scent that disappears over time.

This Swirl Design is exclusively designed in Lomboc Island of Indonesia. Bag dimension is 20cm diameter with 8.00 cm thickness that comes with adjustable leather strap.
