CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Helpful on so many levels

This book covers so much ground, from the biology of cancer at the cell level, to a favorite topic -- tea, to people's personal stories of recovery, family, and connections. It was all so real and grounding, and at the same time light-hearted and full of hope and actionable steps to boosting the odds for fighting off all diseases frankly. I re-read certain sections because there is so much to learn here so I keep it on my nightstand. And since reading this book I have been drinking the 32-oz of tea a day for nearly a year now, and feel great about the shift!! I'm forever grateful.

A must-read

My only regret is that I didn't read this book sooner. I lost a dear friend to cancer a week ago, and my sister-in-law just learned she now has metastatic cancer. I lost my dad to cancer several years ago. I detest the disease. This book is well-written, a joy to read (especially if you are a born tea lover), and a great resource for anyone wishing to live healthy and be proactive against disease. I've been reading excerpts to my husband who is now developing his own tea habit. This book has made me branch out in my own tea adventure. I am passing it on to my sister-in-law and plan to purchase again for others.

My 2019 resolution is to stick to a 5-cup a day regimen!

Fantastic book of knowledge

I am currently reading and am half way through this book. I absolutely love this book and found it very helpful with lots of tips and things about tea I never knew and I find my self a sort of a tea connoisseur. I would highly recommend this book to everyone.
