Runamok Maple produces pure, infused, smoked and barrel-aged maple syrup along with a line of maple-based cocktail syrups and cocktail bitters. We love pure maple syrup but have discovered that the potential for taking it in new directions is limitless. Maple marries exceptionally well with a variety of flavors. Some of them are tried and true like cinnamon and vanilla and some are unexpectedly out of this world, like our original Makrut lime-leaf. And our barrel-aged syrups have taken this North American treasure to a whole other level.
Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup
We start with our best organic maple syrup and age it in recently emptied Bourbon barrels. The syrup draws in the essence of the Bourbon without the alcohol. Like premium whiskeys, the process takes time, and careful tending. But the result is a sophisticated duo that will become a new classic.
Cinnamon + Vanilla Infused Maple Syrup
Why argue with a good thing? There is a reason why maple, vanilla and cinnamon are so often used together: they are delicious. We tested both the vanilla and cinnamon from numerous regions around the globe until we found the perfect balance of flavors. This syrup is great on just about everything: pancakes, desserts, ice cream, yogurt, cocktails. Our friend Harry likes to stir it into milk for a maple-milk treat.
Cardamom Infused Maple Syrup
So many great spices go well with maple syrup but cardamom is one of our favorites. We have made sure the spice shines through so you can add it to a cocktail or drizzle it over a favorite dish and taste just a bit of the cardamom. Serve it as a seasoning for curry or add it to frosting for a sophisticated turn.

Some folks are bourbon people, some prefer whiskey. For the whiskey aficionados, this is an ethereal maple experience. Aged in rye whiskey casks, this barrel-aged maple syrup is perfect over sliced bananas with butter pecan ice cream or just on your morning pancakes. This product may contain trace amounts of alcohol up to 1%.

The latest offering in our Limited Release program, Sparkle Syrup, was created with one sole purpose: to make you smile. Life has been very, very serious lately and it is safe to say that 2020 has left no one unscathed. And while we can’t fix the big stuff, we can offer this little bit of whimsy to help make everyone smile.
What makes it sparkle?
We added a food-safe pearlescent mica to our best pure maple syrup. The sparkles are flavorless so it tastes just like our pure maple syrup but oh, so much more fun. The sparkles do settle after time, so be sure to turn the bottle upside down and shake vigorously to bring them back to life.
